NOTE: 3/25/2020 Troup County Commissioners and Lagrange City Council have declared additional closures in their declarations of public health emergency. The new guidance mandates all restaurants to close their dining rooms but delivery and take out are still allowed. Non-essential businesses such as gyms, salons and barber shops, indoor entertainment businesses, tattoo parlors, pool halls and any other business such as this are to be closed by Wednesday, March 25 at 5:00 pm (city of Lagrange) and Thursday, March 26 at 5:00 pm (Troup County). This will remain in effect until May 16 (city of Lagrange) and May 17 (Troup County) or the all clear has been given by Public Health. All other essential businesses should post signage encouraging 6 feet distancing between patrons.

Biblical History Center – Closing 3/18 through 3/31. We will reassess on 4/1 and make another announcement about future hours then.
Big Lots – Remains open. Now providing curbside service for pick up of online shopping. First hour of shopping every day is dedicated to senior citizens shopping
Belk – Beginning 6:00 pm Tuesday, March 17 through Monday, March 30 stores will be temporarily closed
Brickhouse Grille, Lagrange – order/delivery through DoorDash; curbside service available

Butts Mill Farm, Pine Mountain – temporarily closed
Callaway Gardens – attractions will be temporarily closed which includes Day Butterfly Center, Callaway Discovery Center and the Birds of Prey show until given the okay to open by the Public Health Department. Callaway Gardens’ natural areas including bicycle and hiking trails and all woodlands garden areas (with Historic Overlook Garden and Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl in peak Spring bloom), remain open as well as the Resort’s Cottages, golf courses and tennis courts following prescribed CDC guidelines.
Chamber of Commerce, Troup County – Effective Noon Monday, March 16 the Chamber is closed to the public until further notice

Diverse Power – Beginning Monday, March 16th, Diverse Power will be limiting in office staff and on Tuesday, March 17th, will be closing the lobby doors and drive-thru to the public. However, customer service representatives will still be available.
Dollar General – First hour of opening be for at-risk seniors only. Stores will also be closing one hour earlier to allow for sanitizing and stocking.

Publix – Beginning Tuesday, March 24 senior citizens shopping hour will be offered every Tuesday and Wednesday between 7:00 – 8:00 am until further notice. Publix Pharmacy will also be open for the senior population. Effective Saturday, March 14 all stores will begin closing at 8:00 pm daily to allow for cleaning and stocking.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, West Point Lake – The following facilities and parks are closed until further notice: The West Point Project Management Office and Visitor Center.
R. Shaefer Heard, Whitetail Ridge, Holiday and Amity Campgrounds. Hardley Creek, West Overlook, Rocky Point, Evansville,Earl Cook. All other day use parks are either open or have partial closures to picnic areas or beach access. The majority of these parks have lake access or boat ramps. All restroom facilities are closed in day use parks.
Valley Community Center – Closed effective Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, April 3
Valley Senior Center – Closed effective Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, April 3 – Homebound meals will be delivered to those currently receiving them. Those who eat at the center each day should call Melissa at 334-756-5256 or the community center at 334-756-5290 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to arrange to pick up their meals or have them delivered.
Venucci, Lagrange – open for both dine in and take out; lunch delivery and curbside service available
WalMart & Neighborhood Stores – Every Tuesday one hour before store opening will be dedicated to shoppers age 60 and over; pharmacies and vision centers will also be open. Beginning Sunday, March 15 store hours adjusting to provide time for cleaning and sanitizing. New store hours until further notice will be 6:00 am until 11:00 pm. Stores with already reduced hours (such as regularly open at 10:00 am or close at 7:00 pm) will remain the same.
